Survivor engagement framework survey

Published: Friday August 26, 2022

The Church of England logoThe National Safeguarding Team is running an anonymous survey between 19 July and 18 September 2022 that aims to listen to victims and survivors.

The survey is not about asking questions relating to peoples’ past or present experiences of abuse, harm or neglect.

Its aim is to listen to survivors’ views about how the Church can develop and implement a survivor engagement framework and enable victims and survivors of any form of abuse to engage with the Church of England.

The questions are designed to support the development of principles and practices that will frame survivors’ role and voice in the safeguarding work of the Church (what is referred to as a framework throughout the survey).

If you are a survivor of any kind of abuse, church-related or not, please consider engaging in this important piece of work being led by the NST to have your say. If you would like to talk to the Gloucester Diocesan Safeguarding Team about this before or after completing the survey, please email ku.gr1726403057o.coi1726403057dsolg1726403057@gnid1726403057rauge1726403057fas1726403057 or call 01452 835516.
