The Church of England’s Advent and Christmas theme for 2026 is The Gift of Christmas, inviting us to celebrate, receive and respond to the gift of God in Jesus Christ.

Reflect through Advent and Christmas
‘Advent from A to Z’ offers a daily reflection from 30 November to Christmas Eve, helping you make space to pause and prepare during the busy Advent season.
For the Twelve Days of Christmas, The Gift of Christmas reflections continue the journey beyond Christmas Day.

Resources for children, young people and families
