It includes a photo of the Revd James Turk on page 3 and a fuller article about Holy Trinity, Stroud’s all-electric targeting heating system and the energy savings it has provided.

The team at Holy Trinity Church, Stroud were inspired by a diocesan seminar on sustainability and replaced the heating systems with a more targeted option.

The Sunday service now costs just £22 to keep the whole congregation warm and has slashed its heating bill by 80%.

The Impact Report shares news on the 114 demonstrator churches across the country who have been working on projects like solar panels and heat pump installations to inspire others with what can be achieved.

It also lays out plans for the coming years’ focus.

Watch a short video and read the full report.

The Energy Footprint Tool closes for 2024 data on 30 June. Don’t miss the chance to get your church’s recommendations and ensure that you’re eligible for any future funding.
