Dean Stephen said, “It is a great relief that worship for all can return to the Cathedral, even if we must offer it carefully and in a modified way in accordance with important guidance. For July and August this pattern of worship will be a reliable and safe way in which people can come and receive Communion. Social distancing is possible in such a large building and we are pleased to be able to offer this to the diocese as worship gradually returns in every place as appropriate”.
