Church bells rang out across the country last weekend to celebrate the Coronation of King Charles and Queen Camilla. One Gloucestershire bell ringer shares her fascinating story of ringing bells for a number of historic royal occasions spanning 70 years.
Special service gives thanks for the life and reign of The Late Queen
Following the death of Her Majesty The Queen, Gloucester Cathedral, the Diocese of Gloucester and Gloucestershire Lieutenancy hosted a special service, which took place at the Cathedral on Sunday 18 September at 3pm.
Vigil to be held at Gloucester Cathedral on the eve of the state funeral of Queen Elizabeth II
On Sunday 18 September at 8pm, Gloucester Cathedral will be observing a nationwide minute of silence, followed by a candlelit vigil. All are welcome.
