Many secondary schools have Christian Unions during a lunch-break, a safe place for you to hang out, meet new friends and to explore the Christian Faith.
Christian Unions are generally run by youth workers from local churches and Christian organisations. Look out for names like Youth for Christ, The Rock, illuminate, Together4Youth, The Biz and Sportily.
At some schools you’ll have Prayer Spaces and interactive RE lessons, Christian assemblies and in one of two cases a Chaplain – a dedicated Christian Youth Worker in school to help you with a whole bunch of things.
After school and at weekends churches all over Gloucestershire run youth groups and youth clubs.
And don’t forget, hundreds of other young people have been right where you are now – our churches, clubs and youth groups are full of older teenagers who are still on their journey with God and want to help you on yours too.
