Mental Health First Aid Training Part 1
Friday 4 October 2024, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Mental Health First Aid England (MHFA) is an internationally recognised training programme. Through the training participants will gain the skills and confidence to spot the triggers and signs of mental health problems and be able to contribute effectively to reducing stigma.
This course is designed for someone who would like to take on a role after the course of promoting a positive mental health culture and being a point of contact if someone is experiencing mental ill health.
This course will be over 2 days – 4 and 11 October 2024 from 9.00am – 5.00pm. Venue TBC
One day and half day courses are also available.
