We are delighted to welcome Aleem Maqbool to present this year’s Michael Perham University and Cathedral Lecture.
Aleem became the BBC Religion Editor in 2022, having previously been the BBC’s North America Correspondent. Before this he was a BBC correspondent in Pakistan, and also in the Middle East. Aleem presents Beyond Belief on BBC Radio 4. He has a particular interest in the religious landscape of the UK, and in the spirituality of young people.
The Faith and the media lecture is on Monday 13 May at 7pm in the University of Gloucestershire Chapel, Francis Close Hall, Cheltenham GL50 4HZ.
