Spiritual development is often something we “know when we see” — yet harder to define with confidence.

Our Diocesan Spirituality Course offers space to explore what spirituality means for adults and pupils, and how it is lived out across the whole school day.

Rather than providing a formula, the course encourages reflection and dialogue. It considers how spirituality is expressed through worship, the curriculum, relationships, behaviour, and the everyday moments that shape school culture.

Building Confidence

Develop a shared language that is authentic, rooted in Christian vision, and easy to articulate to staff, pupils, and inspectors.

Practical and Reflective

Explore how spiritual development can be seen across all areas of school life — from classroom learning to moments of reflection, challenge, and celebration.

Suitable for leaders, teachers, and governors, this is an online pre-recorded course, which is available to watch at your own convenience and accessible via our online learning platform.
