MHFA Refresher training
Thursday 8 May 2025, 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm
A four-hour MHFA Refresher course to support Mental Health First Aiders by:
- Renewing their skills
- Updating their knowledge of mental health support
- Giving them the chance to practice applying the Mental Health First Aid action plan
We believe that mental health should be treated equally to physical health – and just like physical first aid, Mental Health First Aid training should be kept up to date. The refresher must be done within 3 years of completing the original training.
