The Trustee Board is looking to recruit a new trustee who would be willing to be part of a sub committee called the Staffing Group which has 3 primary functions –
1. Support Senior Management in the recruitment and retention of staff.
2. Carry out an annual salary review and make proposals to the main Trustee Board.
3. Assist Senior Centre Management in resolving non-routine HR issues as required.
The Group meets formally once per year and also as needed for recruitment and HR issues if and when they arise.
The trustees are looking ideally for somebody who has previous HR experience.
