Cultural Recovery Fund: Round 3

Published: Thursday July 8, 2021

Announced on 25 June, the final £300 million of the government’s £2 billion rescue package will support thousands of organisations in the run-up to fuller reopening and beyond.

The aim of the funding is to help organisations prepare to reopen and for a return to full capacity, while building a sustainable financial future by providing much needed financial support to protect organisations through to the end of the year. This fund has been launched to fund organisations at imminent risk of failure to support them until the end of the year.

Applications are subject to permission to apply being granted. Permission to apply requests will be accepted from 8 July 2021. This is a rolling programme and applications can be submitted between 15 July and 14 October 2021.

The eligibility for this fund is very similar to Rounds 1 and 2 and thus are unlikely to provide funding to new projects that were unable to obtain grants under these previous rounds.
