  • National Churches Trust: foundation grants scheme. The NCT’s foundation grants for maintenance scheme remains open and is accepting applications. The Foundation Grant Programme will offer grants of between £500 and £5,000 towards urgent maintenance works and small repairs identified as high priority within a recent Quinquennial Inspection or Survey Report. Also, small investigative works and surveys. Project costs should be up to £10,000 excl. VAT and awards will never exceed 50% of the costs. Decisions will be made on a rolling basis from the start of 2020. Details here.

  • The National Lottery Heritage Fund updated its Responding to Coronavirus statement on 15 May. The statement confirms that no new grant applications for its regular grants programmes until October 2020. It has also announced that there will be no new rounds of its Heritage Horizons awards, for grants of over £5m. Applicants selected for the first round of this scheme will have their applications deferred a year until 2021/22.

  • Gloucestershire Historic Churches Trust accepts applications, as normal and is not planning any changes to its grant giving policies. Applications are up to £10,000 and considered twice a year. The next deadline is 31 October 2020.

  • Some smaller trusts and charities supporting church projects suspended or delayed their application deadlines, but many operate as normal. We strongly suggest to make contact with relevant grants secretaries directly, before making any applications.

  1. Hello Brother or Sister in Christ,
    Greetings in Jesus name!!
    1. I am Pastor Abdul Rauf from Pakistan. I have been working in Pakistan since 1990. We have made a network of Churches. More than 300 Churches are in this network.
    2. Pakistan is a hard place for Evangelism. Pakistan is a Muslim state. Muslims killed preachers and beat them and made them disabled because of their faith.
    3. Christians are very poor and doing low jobs. They earned very little. Life is very difficult for Pakistani Christians.
    4. We need your prayers for Evangelism and please if possible extend yours hand for Evangelism resources for these Churches. We need Bibles, Food and school supplies. We need to support orphans and widows of Churches.
    5. I will be grateful to you if you give us literature, I am a translator, I will translate Christian literature into URDU Languages for Pakistan Evangelism and for Churches spiritual growth.
Many Blessings and Thanks. Pastor Abdul Rauf Pakistan
