Postage and Packing
Our current postage and packing charges as of 1 June 2021 are as follows:
| For orders up to £35.00 | £4.00 |
| For orders between £36.00 and £55.00 | £5.50 |
| For orders between £56.00 and £115.00 | £7.50 |
| For orders over £116.00 | FREE |
Delivery of your Order
We aim to dispatch your order within ten working days, and usually send by Royal Mail Second Class post. At busy times your order may take slightly longer: please be patient with us! Please note that the Jumping Fish office may be closed during school holidays.
Please be advised that during this extraordinary time, the majority of colleagues are working from home. This may mean there is a further delay with posting your item(s). If you have any enquiries or concerns regarding delivery, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
Paying for your Order
If you are purchasing an item using the website www.jumpingfishpublications.co.uk, online payment facilities are available. In all cases, payment is due within thirty days of your invoice date. We also accept payment by cheque (which can be sent with your order), or BACs.
