Tewkesbury Abbey Theology Forum logoRevd Prof Paul Fiddes coming is hosting this forum, titled Mystery, Revelation and Imagination: the relation between Theology and Literature.

Paul Fiddes is one of the leading scholars of theology and literature writing today, and one of the foremost theological thinkers of the modern age. He is a Professor Emeritus of Systematic Theology at Oxford University and is a Canon Emeritus of Christ Church Cathedral, Oxford.

Paul has been described as ‘one of the leading scholars of theology and literature writing today’, and ‘one of the foremost theological thinkers of the modern age’. His book The Creative Suffering of God is ‘considered to be one of the major contributions to theology in the last decades of the 20th century’.

As usual refreshments will be served from 7pm and Paul will talk from 7.30pm in the Abbey Parish Hall.
