DESCRIPTION:Gloucestershire Historic Churches Trust (GHCT) is hosting a talk from speaker Nicola Coldstream\, a historian of medieval architecture\, who is talking about her recently published book “Churches of Gloucestershire”. \nThe county of Gloucestershire has many historic churches\, and her book explores some of the most interesting churches across the county. The buildings range from rural and urban churches\, dating from the Anglo-Saxons to the modern age. \nDoors open at 6.30pm for welcome and refreshments\, and the talk will start at 7.00 pm. \nTicket price includes a glass of wine and light refreshments. DESCRIPTION:A weekend of biblical teachings to become empowered\, commissioned\, and sent\, with guest speaker Mike Skevington. Mike has over 40 years of ministry experience internationally\, and has been a vineyard Pastor in Cape Town\, South Africa. \nThis takes places on Friday evening at 7pm\, Saturday 21 September from 9.30am to 3pm and all day Saturday from 9.30am to 3pm\, with refreshments and food provided. There is a BBQ on Saturday evening from 6pm. \nTickets priced at £10 are available from St James’ Church office.
