Mental Health First Aid – Champion course

Mental Health First Aid England (MHFA) is an internationally recognised training programme. Through the training participants will gain the skills and confidence to spot the triggers and signs of mental health problems and be able to contribute effectively to reducing stigma.

This course is aimed at line managers and designed to equip people with the skills and confidence to spot when someone on their team is struggling and to know how and when to offer support.

This is a one-day course.  Two-day and half-day courses are also available.
