Come and learn how to love and reach out to people with learning disabilities. A day that will encourage and inspire you to see this ministry as a mission. Practical hints and tips to help you on your way. Also, lots of fun and laughter as you learn together.
Know and Grow 1 is the first in a a series of church workshops run by charity Count everyone in.
Know & Grow 1 helps understanding of learning disability, the challenge for churches and how to set up a ministry group for adults.
Hosted by St Barnabas in Cheltenham, this workshop includes:
- an introduction to learning disability
- a challenge and an opportunity
- What does accessibility mean for our churches?
Advance booking essential as places are limited – £25 per person
9:45am registration, 10:00am – 4:30pm (please bring your own lunch)
