Seven-day intensive retreat led by master Iconographer Deacon Nikita Andrejev.
There will be a focus on painting the “Angel of The Golden Hair,” inspired by 12th century icons.
There will be an introduction to liquid egg tempera technique, as well as daily prayers, lectures on icon symbolism, and painting demonstrations.
Participants will create a complete icon by the end of the retreat.
Both residential and non-residential rates are available. Residential options are fully inclusive with all meals provided. Non-residential options include suppers, lunches and all refreshments and exclude B&B.
