This course is for those who wish to learn listening skills in order to help other people, whether in a voluntary, church or employed setting.

No previous training or experience is required!

This course will help you:

Develop listening skills
Foster a helping relationship
Use basic counselling skills with self-awareness
Focus on the person and to empathise with their concerns
Listen to yourself and to others

Listening is a powerful tool that informs, educates and develops.

This 10 week course will run from Monday 9 January 2023, 6:30pm – 9:00pm. Includes one Saturday Workshop, 10:00am – 4:00pm
