The event was an opportunity to learn more about how, working together, we can reach out in faith to those seeking to rebuild their lives after leaving prison. There was input from people with lived experience, and from faith and charity leaders working in this important area, and lots of opportunity for networking and discussion around what might be possible if we better support people to re-engage with society after being in prison.
Bishop Rachel said, “How will we work with one another when people come out of prison, to enable people to turn their lives around.”
