The Sportily vision is to create a network of fun-loving sport and activity groups, where all children, young people, and their families can try different sports, make new friends and encounter the Christian faith with others.

Sportily operates across Gloucestershire running activities in schools, community facilities and open spaces. We are looking for an inspiring Chief Executive Officer who will build on the strong foundations that have been put in place since Sportily was set up three years ago. You will be a leader with imagination who loves to use sport to connect with people and is passionate about sharing the Christian faith in innovative ways beyond the walls of traditional church.

Salary: £45,000 p.a. for 3 days per week (FTE £75,000 p.a)

Pension: 12% employer and 2% employee contributions, with an additional 3% employer contribution available to match up to the first 3% of additional employee contributions.

If required, it is anticipated that 2nd interviews will be in week commencing 30 October.

There is a Genuine Occupational Requirement that the post holder is a practising Christian. Appointment will be made under the CofE safer recruitment framework and an enhanced DBS check will be required.
