The Happiness Lab – free resources online

The Ugly Duckling Company want to spread some more happiness under lock-down and they are making their fabulous Happiness Lab resources available to people in the diocese to use with their communities and churches.

It’s a brilliant way to promote good mental health. Psychologists and other experts have identified a number of key habits that can make an impact on our happiness. They include things like learning to be thankful, developing a habit of forgiveness, maintaining healthy relationships with friends and family and acknowledging our spiritual side.

For a limited time, you can use the links below to access the digital version of The Happiness Lab Delegate Guide. The Ugly Duckling Company has made this book available digitally specifically to enable people to run the course remotely during a period of social isolation. This digital resource will only be available for a limited time.*
