The Church of England’s national online service from St Catharine’s, Gloucester on Sunday has now been streamed, and you can watch it online.
Led by the Revd Jo Pestell, with contributions from members of the St Catharine’s congregation, this uplifting service for the Second Sunday before Lent explores the powerful message of Jesus as ‘God with us’.
We wrote an article about the service before it was recorded on 2 February, speaking with Jo about the plans for the day – you can read it here.
In her sermon, Jo encouraged us all to turn to God in the moments of small overwhelm in our lives and know God as our trustworthy redeemer.
The service so far has been watched by over 5,600 people.
